Our varied gym workout attracts a wide array of clients ranging from business professionals to students.


When fitness professionals want to burn calories fast, they turn to interval workouts. Orangetheory expands on the concept of high-intensity interval training by blending traditional moves with a unique workout style. Each class consists of three primary workout blocks that help boost power, endurance and strength. Throughout the classes, students aim to keep their heart rates up.


Whether you're a fitness newbie or a cardio expert, you'll love our experienced trainers. They're always available to give you words of encouragement, answer fitness questions and challenge your expectations. Our Orangetheory trainers will work hard to make sure you get the most out of every class.


We welcome students of all fitness levels. It doesn't matter if you're an experienced athlete or lacing up your first pair of sneakers because our engaging, effective classes can be customized to meet your goals. We offer a variety of membership plans to suit every budget and lifestyle. Our pay-as-you-go options allow you to attend classes at your own pace. MEET OUR COACHES

Eli served in the United States Armed Forces and served as a Special Operations soldier under Air force command. Having served as a former Para Trooper and Elite Combat Force team member, he engaged in physical activity of all levels. After finishing his enlistment, Eli began college in Massachusetts where he attained his degree in Exercise Science in 2004. In 2009 he had the honor of finishing his Masters degree in Science with a Master level study in homeland security. Eli recently authored four well received exercise Manuals in Kettle bells, Suspension and Battle rope methods for the ISCA, TSI and Golds Gym as well as began his dissertation for his PhD. In addition, Eli is currently working on a fifth book.
 
As a leader in the fitness industry, Eli has had the opportunity to work with elite athletes and actors. He is a conference presenter for ECA and WSSC , where in fact he was named the top up and coming presenter in the nation by ECA in 2014. He is also a Master instructor for ISCA (Thomas Enterprises) where he has authored 3 of his companies training manuals. Lastly, Eli was featured on Good Day NY, Fox morning news, Good Morning America and Doctor OZ. He is also the individual who created the Thor workout for the movie Thor as well as the individual to work on Hugh Jackman for the second wolverine movie.

Fun Facts: When I'm ready to relax or before bed, I like to watch anything on the History, Science or American Heroes Channels. 
Favorite exercise: the good old Push up
Certifications or Specializations: National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer. Specialize in mid to long range running and obstacle race training and competing.

HEART MONITORED TRAINING

 

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.

COACH SUPPORT

 

Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
